A human capital connection meeting for "PV + energy storage" industries was held in Ninghai recently, which attracted more than 20 quality human resources companies and a number of key PV energy storage enterprises, including Qibin PV, Zhenyu Technology, and Risen. The human resource service agencies and the entity enterprises reached more than 10 preliminary cooperation intentions within three hours, with 3000 labors expected to be delivered for Ninghai PV energy storage enterprises.

Under the theme of high-quality development, Ninghai now presses ahead wit the top-level design, the layout of a whole chain of 100 billion "PV + energy storage" industry, and the building of the core area of the Sanmen Bay clean energy base, so as to forcefully drive the rise of the south wing. Last year, the total output of PV energy storage industry above designated size in Ninghai has hit 10 billion yuan, and it is expected to attract a total investment of 50 billion yuan during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,  with the total output value doubled to 100 billion yuan by 2025. The  rapid growth accompanies labor shortage to varying degree in the PV industry.

"The purpose of the connection meeting is to build an exchange platform for the supply and demand sides. Targeted talents are offered to the “PV+energy storage” industry according to the needs of enterprises,"  said the relevant person in charge.

It is learned that Ninghai County will take this opportunity to make solid steps in talents attraction and cultivation program for the “PV + energy storage" industry, with a series of follow-up activities including special training for industrial talents, school recruitment in "eight provinces and ten cities", post selection through live stream . The county will play its role as a matchmaker for talents and enterprises, gaining momentum for the PV energy storage industry through talent innovation.
