On the morning of February 6, a unified launching ceremony was held for 33 major projects in Ninghai County, with a total investment of 12.1 billion yuan.

This year, Ninghai County plans to implement the 100 billion investment project, promote the construction of 313 key projects with a total investment of over 150 billion yuan, and strive to achieve double-digit growth in fixed asset investment.

It is reported that the 33 projects to be started this time are planned to start in the first quarter, involving such fields as industrial development, urban development, public services, and infrastructure. In particular, the cultural-tourist complex project for forest hot spring with a total investment of 750 million yuan is not only a development project that enriches the tourism industry and helps the establishment of a national tourism resort, but also a project that improves the style of the town and the living environment. Reportedly, the project is located in Shenzhou Town of Ninghai County, with a building area of about 57,800 square meters, and it will be built as a comprehensive block with such functions as reception living room, exhibition center, and leisure accommodation. According to a related person in charge, the smooth implementation of these projects will further enhance the industrial strength, improve the quality of the city, and optimize people’s livelihood services, thus injecting new vitality into Ninghai County’s efforts to build itself a Chinese modern county.
